Best Language Institute is on the third floor of a building in Kangnung. The classrooms,
though somewhat small, actually look like those in most US schools, with plenty of
windows and good lighting. In the center of the facility is a small office with a telephone, fax machine, bookshelf for texts, tiny refrigerator, and water cooler. It serves also as a lounge. Here Margaret relaxes along with friends and colleagues Lydia (teachers and students alike adopt English names at BLI) and Mrs. Lee for a few minutes before the 4:00 pm class begins.
